Step 5: Area-by-Area Application

Arms, Chest, and Stomach

Start with your arms – they're the easiest. Spray from shoulder to wrist in long, vertical passes.

Move across your chest in horizontal lines. Then spray your stomach from one side to the other, overlapping slightly.

Legs

Stand tall or rest your leg on a tub edge or chair. Keep your leg straight to maintain distance.

Start at your hip and move downward in smooth lines.

Don't forget your thighs, calves, and behind your knees. For your glutes, bend slightly or twist to reach evenly.

Back

This part is easier than it seems.

Use a mirror to guide you. Bend slightly and arc the mist over your upper back – you don't need to aim precisely. Let the magnetic particles do the work.

For your lower back, rotate and spray from the sides, or ask a partner for help.

Important: If someone is helping, they should keep one hand on your skin while spraying. This ensures the TAN is attracted to your body, not theirs.

Face

Stand back. Hold the device at arm's length – like you're misting hairspray or perfume.

Spray in short bursts, rotating your head between passes for full coverage. Hold your breath while spraying and give it 5-10 seconds to settle. No staining, no strong scent – just a smooth, fresh glow.
