Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

IONIQ Skincare offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) in connection with its products and services. By opting into the Program, you agree to these Terms and to receive recurring marketing text messages from us via our third-party service provider. Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
You may opt in through online or app-based enrollment forms. By doing so, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages including promotional offers, cart reminders, and service-related updates (e.g., order confirmations, account alerts). Message frequency may vary, but you can expect up to 4 messages per month, with additional messages based on your interactions with us.

To participate, you must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, be a subscriber with a participating carrier, and have text messaging service enabled. Not all carriers support our messaging service.

By opting in, you consent to receive messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), though not all messages may be sent using such technology. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your carrier for details.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” to any message. You will receive a confirmation message. You may also opt out by contacting us at us-ioniqconcierge@ioniqskin.com. We honor all reasonable opt-out methods in accordance with applicable law.

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

If your area code or shipping address indicates you are a resident of a state with specific telemarketing laws, we will apply those protections unless you notify us otherwise.

If your device does not support MMS, you may receive SMS messages instead.
