- Eligibility: This guarantee applies to all products purchased directly from www.us.ioniqskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the IONIQ ONE Sprayer must be returned in its original white box with all components included and the CLEAN cartridge. Only ONE open cartridge may receive a refund, if the cartridge was purchased with the Sprayer. Please note: Additional cosmetic products are eligible for a refund only if the seal is unbroken. Cartridges that have been opened or have broken seals are not eligible for a refund.
- Request for Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our concierge service within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our concierge team will initiate a prepaid return label that you will receive via E-Mail. Print the label and attach it to your package to ship back to us. Return shipments must be received within 15 days of receiving your prepaid return label.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note: The shipping fee, along with the cost of any missing or opened items from the original order, will be deducted from your refund amount.
